District 5510 History

The District Governor encourages friendly relations between all clubs in the District as well as with Rotary International.

The District Governor conducts an official visit to with each club in the District to raise awareness of important Rotary issues, to provide special attention to weak and struggling clubs, to motivate club members to participate in service activities and recognize the contribution of Rotarians.

The District Governor issues a monthly newsletter to all clubs and Rotarians in the District.

The District Governor conducts District meetings, including the District Conference, and leadership and training events. Each District Governor serves a 1-year term, from July 1st through June 30th.
